H.H. Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah, issued Emiri Decree No. (4) for the year 2007, establishing Creative City, which is administered by the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, whose Chairman is H.H. Sheikh Dr. Rashid Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi.
