Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV), presently known as Dubai Knowledge Park, is a free zone in Dubai that was founded in 2003 for the purposes of human resource management, learning, and education. DKV is home to more than 400 businesses and organizations, including universities, skill training providers, occupational evaluation and testing providers, business centers, and HR consultancies. It contains the necessary infrastructure to support learning organizations and business training. The goal of DKV is to develop the local talent pool and turn the UAE into a knowledge-based economy.
